Connected Communities Phase 2 Funding Awards (Closed)

The National Youth Health Programme are delighted to launch Phase 2 of Connected Communities, a project funded by the National Office for Suicide Prevention. This scheme is designed to enhance the resources young people develop and draw on to increase their confidence and self-esteem, their sense of connectedness, belonging and ability to bring about change in their lives and communities. The scheme was initially launched in December 2013 with a call for applications for phase 1 of the project.
